EasyDevKit provides free, browser-based developer tools. All tool processing occurs locally in your browser. We offer an optional Pro subscription for additional features such as cloud history sync and unlimited API access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EasyDevKit to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service at scale
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The tools will be error-free or produce accurate results in all cases
• The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
• Any output from the tools is suitable for any particular purpose

Always verify outputs from developer tools before using them in production environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyDevKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or errors in tool output.

Pro Subscription

If you subscribe to EasyDevKit Pro:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us via the feedback page

Intellectual Property

The EasyDevKit name, logo, and site design are the property of EasyDevKit. The underlying open-source libraries used by the tools retain their respective licenses. You retain ownership of any content you process through the tools.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where EasyDevKit operates.
