Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between GST-exclusive and GST-inclusive?

GST-exclusive means GST is added on top of the base price. GST-inclusive means the price already includes GST and the tool extracts the GST component from the total.

What is CGST and SGST?

For intrastate transactions, GST is split equally into Central GST (CGST) and State GST (SGST), each at half the applicable rate. For interstate transactions, the full rate applies as Integrated GST (IGST).
